The employees are polite, courteous and friendly. Harvest Fare has fresh foods that are reasonably priced. The overall store location is vary convenient. The shopping carts are a little large for the aisles. It does however lack veriety, As well as the lines always being super long. I go here for meats, canned food and cereals which are often very low compared to other stores.Ībsolutely great prices on food cant beat them. Not a giant supermarket but you will get a wide selection and the prices are good with many sales. I love this place keep up the good work you guys. It is worth your time and energy good food at good prices. It might be small but the prices are worth you coming out to make market at this market. The first time I went to the market I loved it because it have great bargains on all food. Unfortunately, it is a small building and is usually very crowded, so give yourself plenty of time to get in and out, even if youre only getting a few items, as even the EXPRESS lane is usually quite a long line. Prices and selection are competitive and food is fresh. Its the only real grocery store in Hamilton, yet they dont monopolize the food market. For example I bought a bag of Jumbo Shrimp for $13.88 and Extra Jumbo Lump Crab Meat for $9.88, that was a deal. Im so glad my Cousin place Harvest Fare on Facebook. The meats are fresh, Seafoods are fresh, veggies are fresh and also the fruits are out of this world. The parking lot needs improvement but the pleasant employees, convenience and cleanliness of the store is what stands out for me. The cheesecakes and turnovers in the bakery are the best ! I really enjoy shopping at this store. I have bought their soft crabs and they are wonderful. I bought a watermelon for $2.99 and it was soooo sweet. I purchased Corn Flakes for 49 cents with my $1 coupon. I have shopped at the Harvest Fare Fallston store and you can not find another store that will double your $1 coupons. No thanks to this place until their policies catch up with every other grocery store Ive visited in my life. When I asked another employee what kind of reusable bags I could bring to shop with, I got a look like I had two heads. He was busy chatting it up with the guys loitering just outside about his glory days. When I was done checking out I came back to his unmanned station with my bookbag just laying over the railing for anyone to see or grab. When I asked why, I was told this was a very high crime area by the rent a cop which of course is far from true. The need for holding all external bags is a bit much.
